1 tiny zucchini, quartered and remove 1/2" chunks

1 red pepper, seeded and remove 1" strips

1 teaspoon seasoner

Freshly ground black pepper to style

3 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons tiny capers, drained

1 cup dry wine

Parmesan cheese for garnish

METHOD

  1. Thaw shrimp in line with package directions. take away tails and put aside.

  2. Coat frypan with vegetable oil. flip heat to medium.

  3. Add onion crescents and cook till soft.

  4. Add zucchini and red pepper. Cook five minutes.

  5. Scatter shrimp over vegetable mixture. Add food and toss with pair of tongs to mix. flip heat to low.

  6. Season food and vegetables with seasoner, black pepper, butter, and capers.

  7. Pour wine over mixture. cowl and simmer over low heat for 5-8 minutes.

  8. Spoon into giant soup bowls. Garnish munificently with cheese cheese. Makes four servings.
