Years ago, when I started teaching entrepreneurship and then I started researching and checking around, and then I saw a cultural dimension of it and I started asking questions 20 years ago. How many businesses do you know that were founded by Nigerians 100 years old? We didn't have it then, maybe now we have a few but we didn't have it back then. Obviously, it has not been a cultural practice for us to build long, lifelong things, they either die with the founders of the organization or die before the founders.
I came here today to declare, in the name of Jesus Christ, that we have changed to endure a new foundation, that the cornerstone of this foundation is Jesus Christ, and that your dreams will not die in Jesus Christ name.
We often talk about this principle discovered by the Law Of Time Perspective, a Harvard professor at Daystar Christian Center, and it simply says; The longer you pay attention to your plans and take action, the higher you will get. People who think beyond their lives actually have the potential to be more successful throughout their lives.
I know the challenges we face in developing parts of the world, in Africa, in Asia. When we experience deprivation, deprivation tends to put limitations on our vision.
So we tend to just stay alive then we only think about our lives.
