Such good information, followed! I have trouble coping with silence sometimes, even when I'm trying to meditate. The best thing for me to be able to bear silence has been Tai Chi, which focuses my attention on slow body movements. I just did a write up on a basic Tai Chi stance, check it out if it interests you & feel free to follow back for more meditation posts!
