4 OR do you DESPISE the riches of His GOODNESS, FORBEARANCE, and LONG-SUFFERING, not knowing that THE GOODNESS OF GOD LEADS YOU TO REPENTANCE?
5 BUT in accordance with YOUR HARDNESS AND YOUR IMPENITENT HEART you are TREASURING UP for yourself WRATH in the DAY OF WRATH and revelation of the RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT OF GOD,
6 WHO “WILL RENDER TO EACH ONE ACCORDING TO HIS [her] DEEDS”:
7 ETERNAL LIFE to those who by patient continuance in DOING GOOD seek for glory, honour, and immortality."
Romans 2:1-7 (NKJV)

• If you are doing a thing that is contrary to the Scriptures, and God seems not to say anything about it; His silence on it does not mean His approval.

  • Some Believers who indulge themselves in bad things, or habits, usually say God is plenteous in mercy—He is a merciful God.
  • He is a merciful God truly, even the Bible calls Him: "...the Father of mercies and God of all comfort" (2 Corinthians 1:3).
  • A believer who indulges in sinful habits should take it to heart that as He is God of mercies, He is of Justice also.
  • Some have been indulging in certain sins, and God expected them, giving them time, to change; but they have not.
  • If God does overlook whatever you are doing wrongly, that does not mean He approved it (Romans 2:3-6).
  • Some Believers in Christ Jesus had believed and thought that certain things which they do, which are not in line with the Scriptures, are not all that important and matter in God's sight.
  • They wanted to believe, whoever emphasizes that such a thing is wrong, is being judgemental.
  • They believed God is not all that hard, the person who is correcting them is the one trying to complicate the Word of God. That God of the Bible does not mean it the way the person is trying to expatiate on it.
  • If you are being condoned on certain sinful habits which you indulge in, that does not mean those things which you are doing are good and right. And it does not mean God did approve them either.

• A woman shared how a minister had sexual affair with her in his office, when she went there for a counseling.

  • Another young lady who was desperate in getting a marriage partner also shared how a so-called prophet told her to take the pictures of her armpits and private parts and send to him, and she did. Now, does such a prophet want to pray with the pictures, or what does he want to do with that?
  • A lot have been said about many unheard things, things that should not be mentioned among the Believers, which some Believers and so-called ministers had done and are doing in their Church offices:
"IT IS ACTUALLY BEING ·SAID [reported] THAT THERE IS SEXUAL SIN AMONG YOU. AND IT IS A KIND THAT ·DOES NOT HAPPEN [or is not tolerated] EVEN AMONG ·PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW GOD [pagans; Gentiles]. A MAN THERE ·HAS [is living in sin with; is sleeping with] HIS FATHER'S WIFE [c probably his stepmother; Lev. 18:7–8; 20:11]" (1 Corinthians 5:1 Expanded Bible).
  • Some have turned their church offices to brothels! They sleep virtually with every woman in their congregations.
  • I was told of another minister, with a big name and ministry, who was angry with a woman in his congregation, because she does not agree or consent to have an affair with him.
THE person said, the pastor was even scolding the woman in his preaching; that some women talk to much, they could NOT control their mouths. They share whatever they supposed to keep as secrets.
  • Now, Imagine a shepherd who wanted to have an illicit affair with someone, another man's wife in his congregation, who still have the audacity to scold the person because she does not agree, or consent to what he demanded for:
3 FOR THIS IS THE WILL OF GOD, YOUR SANCTIFICATION: THAT YOU SHOULD ABSTAIN FROM SEXUAL IMMORALITY; 4 that EACH OF YOU should know how to possess HIS OWN VESSEL [body] IN SANCTIFICATION AND HONOUR, 5 not in passion of LUST, like the Gentiles who do not know God; 6 THAT NO ONE SHOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AND DEFRAUD HIS BROTHER IN THIS MATTER, because the LORD is the AVENGER OF ALL SUCH, as we also forewarned you and testified. 7 FOR GOD DID NOT CALL US TO UNCLEANNESS, BUT IN HOLINESS" (1 Thessalonians 4:3-7 NKJV).

• Not only that, there are some women also in the church who seemed to have the anointing from the devil to seduce and lure ministers of God to sin: 20 NEVERTHELESS I have a few things against you, BECAUSE YOU ALLOW THAT WOMAN JEZEBEL, WHO CALLS HERSELF A PROPHETESS, TO TEACH AND SEDUCE MY SERVANTS TO COMMIT SEXUAL IMMORALITY and eat things sacrificed to idols. 21 AND I GAVE HER TIME TO REPENT OF HER SEXUAL IMMORALITY, and SHE DID NOT REPENT. 22 Indeed I will CAST HER INTO A SICKBED, AND THOSE WHO COMMIT ADULTERY WITH HER INTO GREAT TRIBULATION, UNLESS THEY REPENT OF THEIR DEEDS. 23 I will KILL HER CHILDREN WITH DEATH, and all the churches shall know that I am He who SEARCHES THE MINDS AND HEARTS. And I will GIVE to each one of you ACCORDING TO YOUR WORKS" (Revelation 2:20-23 NKJV).

  • Whatever sin you are indulging in, and God seems not to talk on it; that does not mean such is approved by Him.

• If God has given you enough time to repent but you do not, his judgement will come on you suddenly (Proverbs 29:1; 28:13; Revelation 2:20-23).

  • You, the woman, who lust after a minister of God, eyed him up, while preaching or talking on the altar, would NOT be guiltless—if you did not repent.
  • You who went for counseling with a skimpy dress, an attire of harlot, with the intention to lure or seduce a pastor, would also not escape God's judgement—If you repented not (Proverbs 7:10; Revelation 2:20-23).
  • And a minister who sleep virtually with every woman in his church, both married and singles, would not escape the wrath of God either:
8 NO, YOU YOURSELVES DO WRONG AND CHEAT, AND YOU DO THESE THINGS TO YOUR BRETHREN! 9 Do you not know that the UNRIGHTEOUS WILL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD? Do not be deceived. Neither FORNICATORS, nor IDOLATERS, nor ADULTERERS, nor HOMOSEXUALS, nor SODOMITES, 10 nor THIEVES, nor COVETOUS, nor DRUNKARDS, nor REVILERS, nor EXTORTIONERS WILL INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD" (1 Corinthians 6:8-10 NKJV).

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

  • I have the mandate to bless, I declare you blessed in Jesus' name. Whatever is contrary to your good health is cursed in Jesus' name.
  • Whatever hold of sickness is cursed in Jesus' name.
    Peace!
