Today I was looking for some video relic games and I found SILLENT HILL 1 the version for playtation 1 and I felt that I had to make a post about this game which made me tremble with fear in my children.
FRAGMENT.HISTORY:
Harry Mason is convinced by his daughter Cheryl to spend a vacation in Silent Hill; while driving to the outskirts of town, Harry diverts his car to avoid hitting a girl who appears from nowhere on the road. As a result, he crashes his vehicle and loses consciousness.5 After this, he wakes up in the village and meets Cybil Bennett, a police officer who works in a nearby town,6 and realizes that his daughter Cheryl has disappeared.7 The town of Silent Hill is deserted and covered in fog, with snow falling out of season and hostile monsters wandering the streets.8
Harry meets some people during his adventure, among them: Dahlia Gillespie, who guides him through the village and gives him the Flauros, an enchanted artifact;9 Dr Michael Kaufmann, director of the Alchemilla Hospital in Silent Hill;8 and nurse Lisa Garland, who works in Alchemilla.10 Harry also encounters a symbol scattered throughout the city.11 Dahlia claims that the village will end up in darkness if the symbol continues to spread. Eventually, this darkness begins to take hold of Silent Hill,12 and according to Gillespie, the girl Harry saw on the road is responsible for the symbol and its multiplication.13 So Dahlia urges him to stop her, because if he doesn't, Cheryl will die.1413 Later, Harry is attacked by Cybil, who is infected by a parasite; the player must choose whether to save her or not.
Finally, the girl is reached by Harry and caught by the Flauros. Dahlia then appears, revealing that he has manipulated Harry into catching the girl because he is the only one who could approach her without threat; furthermore, he reveals that the trapped girl is his own daughter, Alessa.15After what happened, Harry wakes up in a place without apparent logic known as "Nowhere" where he meets Lisa again, who has realized that she is "just like them" and begins to transform herself in front of Harry, who runs away horrified.16 Subsequently, Harry meets Dahlia, Cheryl and Alessa again; the truth is then revealed.
SILENT HILL is developed by the company TIME SILENT and distributed by KONAMI in the year 1999 for the PSX console, I personally played it until 2002 but its atmosphere made me really amazed and with the heart almost in the hand because thanks to the fog we experienced in the game could not see where we were long distance and enemies were very different and varied to what in particular was accustomed .

the little armament that could be obtained in this game towards that you were with a lot of caution by the city, the constant scenes where you found bodies without life with aspects of having been mistreated, the command of your psx vibrated warning you that the character was with the very low health, they were moments very tencionates.
This game although with graphics a little low for the time had a lot of qualities to put us in a great TERROR story because the character we handled did not possess any special ability was very vulnerable to the damage they could do, little experience with weapons which made his aim was fatal, to want to run away our character ended up tired and exhaling after a few blocks, well if you have not played this title I invite you to do so as it is all a JEWEL of VIDEO GAME.
