Lots of trouble happens when anyone tries to transition scientific discoveries into profitable products. Engineering R&D is tough slow work, especially on thin budgets. I know because I've been in that line of work for decades (not hydrinos though). Look at how much time and money has been spent trying to make controlled fusion reactors or quantum computers or practical electric cars or human-rated electric flying machines. Most R&D projects fail, even if the science is correct. A small percentage of projects become the big winners that change the world. Mills and his BrLP are making good progress despite the hostile environment created by uninformed ignorami.

Well, this has the additional problem of the science not being correct. So, no chance of going anywhere. And reality is hostile to scam artists.
