U.S. National Debt Clock says: Silver = $846 per oz / Gold = $6,981 per oz (BUY SILVER) It will soon blow crypto's out of the water.

Some of you may already know that I'm a HUGE silver bug. More like a hoarder. Every chance I get I put money into bullion. I know one thing. Everyone will be VERY surprised when Silver and Gold make their runs up. The U.S. National Debt Clock states what I wrote in the head line of this article. The silver to dollar ratio at $846 per troy oz, and gold respectfully at $6,981 per troy oz.
So, what in the World is this clock and these outlandish quotes tell us? Respectfully at the current rate of dollars out in circulation and all digital dollars the metals should be at these levels. What happens when gold and silver depart ways with the Comex (Paper trading manipulated monster)? Well, it will be a day that will astonish the World as we know it. Did you know at the Comex for instance, there are literally around 500 paper contracts for 1 oz of silver, if you were add up all the paper receipts on who owns what in the Comex then it basically comes out to 500 people owning the same troy oz of silver. A contract of Silver is actually 5,000 troy ounces. Divide all the silver inventory with those that have claim, and the math comes out to roughly 500 people owning the same 1 troy oz. I can't state this enough so sorry for the redundant remarks about the numbers. Its mind boggling. What happens when people want their silver and ask for delivery? BOOM. The Comex will lock their doors and pay those individuals a cash settlement of what the silver was worth at the time they tried to get their silver out of the facility.
What I'm trying to say is that silver at its current level of $17.77 per troy oz is really a no brain'er. That is why everyone, if they want to own something "REAL" should buy and hold physical precious metals. When things "hit the fan" will the internet even be up and running? Will you be able to access your crypto accounts? That is the million dollar question. So I suggest... DIVERSIFY. Don't put all of your eggs in one basket. The Fox just might be around the corner and he is usually hungry. I hope this little description of things has helped you wonder if you should be buying. Listed below is the link to the U.S. National Debt Clock saying Silver and Gold are at the current levels of the Title.

So, Go by some metals and put them under your pillow. You WILL need them in the future. You can that to the "bank". No pun intended of course. Have a great day.

The thing is you're basically gambling on economic collapse, and people really wanting silver afterwards.

I'm more of a Warren Buffet kinda guy, I buy things that generate revenue. Just closed on a house and will be collecting $1200/month. :)

I have patience. All the signs are there. I'm not gambling on an economic collapse. I'm simply preparing for it. Its going to happen in some kind of form. The dollar has lost about 3 percent in the last 2 weeks alone. I live overseas and have been watching my income drastically take a hit (paid in dollars) here over seas. I simply follow history and prepare as best I can. Also, I am very comfortable where I am financially. No worries there. Its like preparing for a tornado if you live in Kansas. I'm simply building my tornado shelter in case there is a Tornado. At least I'll have the shelter for a serious storm even if the "tornado"(full economic collapse) doesn't happen. Good luck to you.

Even if it does happen, you're gambling on silver being valuable... a premise I don't buy at all. Good luck though!

Thanks for the reminder. Appreciated.

I do currently have more value in physical gold than in bitcoin. But bitcoin is catching up.

Nice. Smart man for sure. I am now following. I hope you make out like a bandit. Cheers.

:) Thanks and likewise.

I appreciate that. See you on the Steemit board.

Silver is easily the most undervalued asset in the world today. Applications in photovoltaics (solar panels) and medicine will consume much of the metal in the near future. If we can ever get free of the manipulation that is used to make the fiat currencies appear more valuable, it will absolutely soar!! We think alike. Following now.

Thanks. following back.

I'm with you man! Keep stacking

I still believe stackers are pretty much the most "awake" people there are. Good luck to you drewley

Stackers?

people that collect silver/gold bullion. Stacking is a term that is referred to "stacking bars, coins, etc." have a good one.

You too!

I think silver and gold may be ready to start moving up again. Here is an article I wrote breaking down some mining companies, the better of which should outperform the metals themselves by a wide margin. https://steemit.com/money/@motowngold/i-think-gold-and-silver-are-staging-for-a-run-here-are-some-mining-stock-ideas

Thanks for the article. checking it out now. I'm following.

Thank you , will follow you as well.

Yes - love silver

Nice post.
Protecting your wealth using bullion has always and will always be a good Idea.
Yes you could say i'm a bit of a Bullion bug I have been stacking a very long time indeed. I once lived right next to the Perth mint years ago.
You may like the post i did on the Silver bullion Secret
Take Care cheers

I'll check it out. Thanks for the heads up. I'll also resteem it. Love the gold/silver articles. Cheers.

Thank you and I will resteem yours

Hey, thank you. I do appreciate that. keep stacking my friend.

It will be something to see if we realize these kind of valuations. Even so, if we do, the world around us will drastically change and not for the better for the unbelievably large majority of those who don't own even one silver coin.

If Silver ever reaches to those levels you are absolutely right. The World would be a crazy place. Food lines, massive job losses, etc.

When talking to friends about the PMs, the debt clock really gives them pause and makes them think. Very effective!

I agree. When I found out about it 5 months ago I was completely shocked. Its like the prices of bullion are being flaunted in front of us. Comex and the like wave it in front of us and say "see what we can do". Well, our day is coming soon.

All markets are manipulated by the banksters these days, but PMs are the most manipulated of them all. The spot price is the most direct barometer of the health of a currency, and in the case of the U$D, the health is flagging, so TPTB simply cannot let metals even approach their true market value lest the cat be let out of the bag regarding the entire ponzi scheme.

JPMorgan is widely known as the ultimate silver fixer, for instance. It regularly smacks down the price by flooding the market with naked shorts, then scoops up all the Ag it can at the decimated price. The precipitous two-week smack-down last month was unprecedented, and totally indefensible given the high demand and low inventory of silver.

I firmly believe all these banksters know full well what's coming down the pike, and are stringing out the downfall of the dollar (and with it all fiat) as long as they can to rake in the wealth. It's beyond immoral, or illegal, or perfidious... in my view, the banksters are committing evil acts of outright theft amounting to a monetary war against the people. It should be punishable by death, yet it's business as usual for these scumbags.

I've been stacking for years, buying a little every week regardless of price. Only recently have I begun diverting some income into cryptos, and that not because I feel all that comfortable with cryptos yet, but because I'm tired of seeing the rapid rise in the crypto market and not having at least a bit of exposure to it.

I feel that cryptos are indeed a game changer, and may very well hasten the collapse of the ponzi scheme, but it will be the metals finally breaking free of the paper market and achieving their true physical market value that will be the cause of the collapse. That day rapidly approaches.

For those so inclined, I can recommend OWNX as a solid, US-based resource for buying, selling, storing and taking delivery of PMs. Been with them for years, and have utilized every tool in their arsenal.

Awesome. I will check out OWNX. I appreciate the heads up. Also, thanks for posting an incredible response. You should take your post and blog on your Steemit blog. Its great. Cheers.

You know I did. lol Thanks, bro.

meep

thank you for sharing

Welcome. Thanks for reading and replying.

I've been saying buy silver for some time too! Right on

I'm following your blog. I hope to find all of the stackers in the steemit world. Have a good one.

Nice thread, so to clarify.
If the paper dollars were stilled backed by gold and silver today, the debt clock numbers represent how many dollars it would take to buy an ounce of gold or silver today, is that correct?

  ·  7 years ago (edited)

That's what I understand. Here is a good video for you to watch. About the debt clock. A lot of mainstream silver/gold speakers have done articles on it. Its pretty interesting what is taking place.

Thanks for that, will have a look 😊 also following, cheers

I am following your blog.

This is my Favorite Precious Metals thread I've read since I joined Steemit, and there are some great ones! Upvoted, resteemed, and praised by yours truly. Fantastic work crowe. The time is coming...

Thanks a lot! I very much appreciate the vote up and resteem. I appreciate the encouragement too. I know a lot of us feel a bit left out lately due to the crypto madness out there in never never land. Well, our patience will soon pay off. Have an awesome day famcore.

I agree with your assessment and have collected enough junk and silver rounds to barter for gas & groceries short-medium term.

Regarding "Paper" metals I also live by the statement, "If you can't hold it in your hand, you don't own it."

But they're difficult to move across borders in any appreciable amount.

Gone are the days when you could hire a boat and slip away in the night.

I'm trying to balance both metals and crypto to deal with short and long term situations.

If the internet ever goes away, you're going to have problems that a piece of shiny metal aren't going to cure.

Great reply and... Absolutely - "If the internet ever goes away, you're going to have problems that a piece of shiny metal aren't going to cure"... Quote by theblindsquirl. 2 Thumbs Up!!!

Thanks, sounds like some good advice! Now where can I buy some good quality silver?

There are many places. I usually try and buy at well known places such as Apmex, JM Bullion, Kitco, SDBullion, etc. There are a lot of places out there. I always shop around for sales and cheapest prices on quantity. As I always say... Silver is Silver. Just make sure its marked at least .999. Easy to set up an account and easy to buy and sell back. Good Luck.

I just remembered I have an collectors coin, went up stairs to get is, bought it 8 years ago on an official coin website, and it says online it's made of silver.

Metaal : Zilver
Gehalte : 925/1000
Gewicht : 15,50 g
Diameter : 33,0 mm
Randschrift : * GOD * ZIJ * MET * ONS
Kwaliteit : Proof

It's a 5 euro coin made in 2009 for the 400 year trade relation with Japan.

Very cool. You should look it up on e-bay. That will give you an idea of what its currently worth. Sometimes those specialty proof coins can fetch some nice dollars.

I looked it up on the Dutch eBay called marktplaats some people are selling it for 6 euros, it's weight is 15,5 grams but its not .999 pure. I think it's .925.

Ah, Sterling . Sounds like a nice coin. I'd keep it.

I think they will be much more than that !!!

I believe you have to be well rounded in investments and Silver should be on the top of the list! DR
