This one is hard for me to grade, I cant find a section on the PCGS photo grade for the commerative halves.
It looks like they made an odd number of these 1,314,709. They were 90% silver and have a nice reading edge. All in all that mintage is a large enough amount to still have plenty left her collectors how about varieties and grades while not having an endless supply.
