You know that the price of coin rises from time to time. If $1 was written on a coin and the price later changes, will he or she be able to sell it?

    I'll answer your question by telling you that I once paid 50 Fiat USD's for a One Cent Coin... The above $1 Coins will remain $1 Coins, but sometimes there's something special about them that Collectors seek and will offer to pay extra if someone has what they want... Collector Coins are always worth more than their Face Values...
