Elon Musk and Rand Paul Fuel Fort Knox Gold Audit Speculation

Here is a quick blurb from the article on Zero Hedge’s article.

A series of social media exchanges between Elon Musk and others has ignited public discussion about the gold reserves at Fort Knox, which reportedly haven’t been audited since 1974. The conversation began when Zero Hedge’s X account suggested that Musk “take a look inside Fort Knox” to verify the reported 4,580 tons of US gold reserves, prompting Musk to question whether the reserves weren’t reviewed annually.

Now I personally don’t believe that even 10% of the gold they claim is in Fort Knox is actually there. As you read up above the last time Fort Knox was audited was 50 years ago. There have been way too many shady presidents with even shadier counsels for me to believe they haven’t sold off any of that gold without reporting it.

I have ZERO faith in our government and believe they have been trying to give us all a false sense of security with this. We all now they say one thing and do the complete opposite. All politicians do this on a regular basis.

If they actually perform this audit, I’m thinking about doing a guessing game with what’s actually the total tonnage of gold inside. Give away an ounce of silver or a Goldback to the closest guess.

While I don’t think it will actually happen, we can hope that it does.
