I won't lie, when the stakes are raised, that's when you know that you have a lot of work to do. I must commend the efforts of the publicity team, truthfully, they have been nothing but a blessing to this event.
As we prepare to dot our I's and cross our T's we cannot but feel grateful for everyone who has given a lot to make today a tremendous success. Each person has played a beautiful role towards making this successful and I must admit, it has been hard so far. The media team with our social media accounts have been firing up on all cylinders, not leaving anything to chance.
Nobody is stopping and excellence is our watch word. With the site being updated currently, we stop and look at the things we've done..
We have given the expected guests movies to choose from...
The participants are to select their preference and the highest votes win. We believe the first step in understanding what the blockchain technology aims at achieving is to first of all create a receptive environment for everyone involved. Make no mistake, they're a part of the future of blockchain and cryptocurrency adoption in Nigeria. Hey! Who says learning cannot be fun.
It is believed that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. But, before the play, there's work to be done. We have a series of blockchain related activities lined up for all the attendees. From our very own "state of the blockchain" to open the floor on the 31st, we have a series of follow up activities like a hackathon and a mini-meetup series in which presentations will be done in such a way reminiscent of normal blockchain meetups in the past.
The aim of that is very simple, we want to give our guests a tatse of what they've been accustomed to. Think of it as a taste of home.
The first batch of ID cards (which are compulsory) have been printed and let me quickly show you a sample. It is worthy of note that, different roles have different ID cards.

Just a quick reminder...
For those seemingly confused as to how payment works, there are some aspects you must remember...
Registration of two steem which is compulsory for all attendees. Failure to pay means no interest in attending the event.
ID card: The ID card is mandatory and it costs one thousand, five hundred naira only. Payment details will be provided shortly.
Vest: This is optional, however, don't you feel it'll be cool if everyone just voluntarily made a vest?
Movie night: Movie night is a custom with us and this year, the fee was subsidized to just one thousand naira only.
Accomodation: For those with friends, relatives and family they wish to stay with in Abuja during the course of this even, there's no need for paying for accomodation.
However, if you seek accomodation, we have provided affordable accommodation for you.
