The eruption activity of Mount Sinabung again happened. The volcano in Karo regency of North Sumatra, again erupted and catapulted volcanic ash on Wednesday (2/8).
The activity of Mount Sinabung is still high. Thunderstorms reached 4.5 km towards the east and southeast of the mountain. Large clouds of heat are even estimated to reach 3 times larger than Mount Sinabung. Level upgraded to Awareness Status. The potential for eruption remains high and can occur at any time.

As a result, Kabanjahe district, Karo district, was exposed to volcanic ash. The situation was immediately changed a little dark and stifling because the blanket covered with ash.
Already 7 years ago after the great eruption of 2010 ago, thousands of refugees still survive in refugee camps without clarity of a better future. This latest incident adds to the pain of the Sinabung refugees.
