Sinergia update N° 1

Throughout the last months, the steem has increased its value in a big way and steemit has made some updates which give more voting power to regular people, making all the posts more valued. Therefore, the amout of users on steemit have also increased, spanish speakers as well as other languages. Nevertheless, the more rewarded posts in the platform are always written in english (by too far), being the more dominating language on steemit. And that is fine by us, but we also want to increase the influence of spanish speakers by rewarding the best posts in the day in order to match the game.

How different would be this updated proposal to the initial proposal? 

We have some ideas besides voting good posts so as to achieve a greater influence of our community throughout the world, therefore: 

• By using the tag "sinergia", people who are about to write the first post, which generally is the "introduceyoursef", will be rewarded. Many people just give up after seeing their first post with no rewards, and by doing this we are looking to mativate them to keep writing in the platform (So we make the call on Hispanic users to promote the page among their friends based on this point of the project).
• The 3 best posts of the day will be translated by us to the english (no google translate), and the rewards will be given to the original authors. 
• The sundays, our chat channel on discord will be open so people can give us some ideas or proposals so as to improve this project, and depending if our members approve it or not, the person who comes up with the idea will have the option of joining our team in order to run his/her own idea in the project (The ideas given by a person won't be used without the permission of that person).
• In order to expand our community, other platforms like youtube and facebook will be used as advertising to promote steemit as well as this project, moreover, this point will be connected to the point number one.
