SINURAMBI is a Dusun language which refers to little huts normally seen in paid fields. In Tambunan, located 80 km southeast of Kota Kinabalu city, Sinurambi is the name given to an iconic viewing tower overlooking Tambunan valley.
It’s about 3-storey high made of metal structure and inspired shape from traditional Dusun back carrier called wakid. Sinurambi offers 3-level viewing platforms with different capacity.
It was built in 2017 in conjunction with Visit Tambunan Year and has gain many visitors ever since.
It takes about 15 minutes drive from Tambunan town via Kaingaran road whereby half of the way was on gravel road. The spectacular view makes the journey all worthwhile.
Sinurambi is a must visit place if you’re in Tambunan.
