Sadly I didn't get to finish it because I was super sleepy and couldn't contain it :/
I was kind of satisfied though since I had I think an hour and a half in the talkshow, and glass to hear sir terry's voice again :)

I was in the discord chat since 11:30pm and waiting for it to start, so I spent my time watching an old show from nickelodeon, it's called victorious, its a really musical and comedic tv series

In about 12:09 sir terry entered the discord chat and kept apologizing because says he is disorganized (I don't think so though haha)

The topic sir Terry talked about was, Curation and the question :Is a Vote free?
The question is just a tiny question that no one really talks about, but sir terry emphasized that answering tiny questions are the keys to success 👌

Basically, a steemit vote is not free.
Because everyone is only limited to 10 100% everyday, so one has to be careful on using his votes. That is one reason why other people only choose to curate a few posts, but you can also use your head on how to divide your votes.
You can make better uses of your votes so alot will benefit from it.

Sir terry also talked about the rewards of curating. How a vote is a gift on mutual ways.
Here are other points I got from the talk.

•decipher what a vote is
•he talked about how to attract votes better
•different styles of steemit users
•our limits in Curation and how we can make better use of our limitations
•different people have different goals in steemit, investments, profits, or to curate quality/trending posts
•curation.

Here are also the key points from Sir @nexrules I dozed off and woke up at 2:30am after an hour and a half I was so annoyed at myself haha but good thing sir nexrules was there to state the other things I've missed, here they are.
Points to Note

Topic: Curation in its full essence

Question 1. Is a vote free?

Answer: Generally, we can't say a vote is free. There's actually a cost here

  1. Curation comes with a gift. 25% of the rewards is for curators. It is shared amongst the voters

  2. There's community involved in Curation

  3. There are bigger things involved in Curation
Example: Some people are Vegetarians and may not vote on a post talking about Balots. joyjoyjoy Thanks to everyone for the correction smiley smiley raised_hands raised_hands

  4. Every curator has their style

  5. Big Bro considers Content as Priceless

  6. Big Bro's Curation has a timeliness value to it

  7. Curation also involves commenting

  8. Some people look for consistency. Another factor is the consistency factor.

  9. Curation doesn't necessarily mean an Upvote, a resteem could go a long way too

PS: Humanity is the Brother next to you, and everyone has something to offer

I enjoyed the talkshow as usual!
I hope to see everyone there again next week! And a special thank you to sir @surpassinggoogle for never getting tired of doing these talkshows.
