#Ulog: Saturday steemgigs show/ Gratitude Day40 (curation in its full essence).

Hello steemians, greetings to y'all.

My today's ulog is about the yesterday's steemgigs talk show with @surpassinggoogle.

I must say it was a blast 💥, because I felt the show was actually for me.

I was motivated, inspired, touched and healed on the talk show and after party.

He started with a main point by asking if a vote was free?

We got to know that a vote isn't free because there's actually a cost. And he told us on steem generally their was a cost.

We got to know that people were on steemit for a differents reasons, Like some do see steem as an investment platform. And some has taken curation as a firm of investment as well, as well as the desire to review quality contents.

We got know that we can do better in attracting people by knowing the percentage of vote to give per person.

And we were encouraged to understand what the price if a vote is, per person. perhaps we would do good in attracting more.

Curations comes with some kind reward.

And 25% of the rewards goes to the voters, which is shared among the curators.

We got to know that in curations a community is always involved. He further told us that they are really bigger things in curation.

Further more we got to know that

Every curator has their style.

Content is Priceless

Curation also involves commenting

Some people look for consistency. Another factor is the consistency factor.

Curation doesn't necessarily mean an Upvote, a resteem could go a long way too

And then we moved to the after party which was very interesting.
