Yesterday my mom made a special dinner for @spenceryan and I. She made Ceviche which is originally a Peruvian dish. I'm Dominican, and even though this dish isn't from my country, my mom makes it so well! It paired very well with my white zinfandel, but I'm no wine professional so don't make fun of me.
