Good afternoon esteemed steemians on this occasion I am addressing you thanks to Stage #5, of the contest initiated by the friend @spectrumecons, for this challenge it is necessary to select the location of a restaurant where there are four possible locations, the science of this is to explain why this selection was made, specify the characteristics of the establishment and the type of food to serve.

After analyzing the 4 possible locations, their advantages and disadvantages, select Site D, which is located at the intersection of Monster Street (MS) and Todd Road (TR) next to the city bus terminal and the local police station. Now you can see the potentials and weaknesses of this location.

As mentioned above, we can observe that this location has many more potentialities than weaknesses, which makes it the most suitable location for the new restaurant, as it is located in an area frequented by both pedestrians and vehicles, due to its proximity to the stadium, the terminal and the shopping centre, that is to say, there is a constant influx of people as there are several places to visit. Another advantage is that, looking at the map, Site D is located in the entire center of the city, being practically equidistant, and has several streets where you can access it.

The next point I consider very important is that it is close to the police station, which means greater security for both the people and the premises, even though there have been few arrests in the city, security is never too high.

There are also other restaurants nearby which may in turn allow people to be attracted to the sector due to their variety.

As for the weaknesses of this choice it is in the economic aspect the high cost of renting and as for the comfort of the users it is that the nearest parking lot is on another street so they would have to walk a bit.

Therefore my choice will be a junk food restaurant with a wide variety of hamburgers, sandwiches, fries, soft drinks, desserts and some typical Latin American dishes with an average value of the products offered so that many more people have the opportunity to attend the local, a particularity of the restaurant is that it will have a park for young and middle-aged children in order that in addition to eating can enjoy a while of fun, this because the population is relatively young with small children. When you look at the area now you see a great variety in terms of the food that would be offered and the price range from low value to medium value to high cost.

I would also like to emphasise that the fact that there are several premises encourages healthy competition, which would benefit the population as it would improve the quality of the food.

As for sites A, B and C, after applying the same analysis already shown in the previous paragraphs, the result was not the most satisfactory since, according to my analysis, it always lacked some important aspect such as the high cost of the premises and the low number of people.
