This time I want to present one of my favorite desserts such as yogurt, which I learned to do, due to my problem with insulin, it is highly recommended, given its contribution in terms of protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium and match.
It is very easy to make just need milk, and optional supplements that can add assurance of each one such as, fruits, sugar, marmalade and others

.

PREPARATION

1 Place the milk in a bowl on moderate heat until it is about to boil, ideally has a temperature of 85 ° c

2 then it is removed from the heat and it is left to cool to room temperature, more or less around ½ hour since the burner goes out with the intention that it did not get too cold.

3 then place it in a bowl and place two tablespoons of plain yogurt, mix well.

4 let it stand for 7 hours or until the next day.

5 After the yogurt is ready you can sweeten it or add what you want like vanilla essence, fruits, jams among other things
