#sixweekhealth(WEEEK THREE): A baker's way of handling stress

Hello everyone, this is my entry for the #sixweekhealth challenge by @sweetsssj and @healthsquared
One way I distress myself is to bake; yes bake cake!!!
To bake one needs to have quite a list of stuffs such as butter, eggs, sugar, milk, flour
Different recipes can be used to bake a cake depending on what type of cake is being baked
So first of,
I mix my butter and sugar with a turn stick ; this is quite a tedious process20180210_024217.jpg

I seive my flour and baking powder into the mixture of egg, sugar and butter

I alternate this process with addition of milk; 20180210_024809.jpg20180210_025016.jpgthat is I seive flour into the mixture, stir, pour milk, stir, seive more flour, stir, pour milk20180210_025239.jpg

I then put these into the oven at about 170°C
