SIX WEEKS HEALTH CHALLENGE; WEEK THREE: WHAT I DO TO DE-STRESS.

Arrgghh... Stress!! I think everybody that knows me well can attest to the fact that I "HATE" stress. I practically avoid (run away from actually) anything that seems like its going to give me any form of stress.

But since we all have ambitions and goals in life, we can't completely avoid stress now, can we?
I think my major source of stress is my academics. I'm studying a very demanding course (medicine and surgery) and as a result, I find myself being stressed out most of the time.

So, my secret is...wait for it.... A "COLD" BOTTLE OF COCA-COLA. That does it for me mhen.
It makes me relaxed, calms me down, keeps me sharp and energized.

So anytime I'm down and I feel like the world is weighing down on me, I just take a COLD (emphasis on "cold") bottle of coca-cola. It works like magic!
