#Sixweekhealth challenge WEEK FIVE. How I work out.

It's another week and another brand new task. This is why I love the steemit community. Our cooperation and desire to help one another grow is unrivaled.

Now I let me show you how I workout.
It's Yoga so you know it's gentle and healing.

The aim of starting like this is to first calm the soul.

Then I start to stretch out my body to get my internal energy in harmony

Yoga if practiced well gives one perfect control over his/her body.
Allowing you to achieve great levels of concentration and fitness.
