Six week health challenge week 4: Here is my entry

Yea guys i will be doing a common but very healthy dessert and that is Fruit Kabobs with low fat cream

Ingredients

  1. fruits such as pineapple,
    strawberry
    pawpaw,
    apple kiwis,
    mango
    Kabob skewers

Steps involve:

  1. Slice the pineapple,strawberries,pawpaw, apple, mango,kiwis into bite size piece

2.This piece are thereafter inserted into kabob
skewers image

  1. A low fat cream is prepared in which i combine with the fruit kabob image
