To improve the quality of health with every bite.

I want to share with YOU, what I discovered during my inital years of the detoxification process. It's the reason why, I started writing my recipe ingredients in a designated notebook!

That is:

The food we eat becomes apart of us. Within the body, its taken a part like a building block. So, when I noticed, that I experienced a pain or an ailment of dis-ease shortly after I would consumed certain foods. I decided to make a few changes.

Also, it could be caused by your stubborn ways, and YOU , NOT changing what you're consuming, even though you know better.

This is OUR responsibility alone!

Q: Is this Soy Blueberry Cheesecake going to improve your quality of health with every bite?
Soy cheesecake.blueberry 3000w.JPG
A: That all will be determined by YOUR body.

My detoxification process, started after a year of medical probing and testing during 2011, that lead to my corporate termination. The medical doctor avoided my phone calls and fax messages, about my employer's medical leave documents. Eventually, my leave-of-absence expired, and I was blamed for the doctor's negligence. Unemployed, and happy to get well, I soon would find out the best solution to get well, was to eliminate stress.

I got booted, right!

So, go take a hike! I went on a road trip.

Space needle.JPG
The cruise part of the road trip in Seattle.

I got the Space Needle with clouds, and a selfie with the Original Cannabus!

Cannabus Seattle.JPG No I didn't get on the Cannabus. It was parked waiting for a fair. NOT me...

Most of my stress related symptoms, like random headaches, stiff joints, sinus and chest mucus, and stabbing abdominal pains, ended three months after I stopped consuming all pharmacutical drugs. Soon, I was well rested and venturing out during the day absorbing Vitamin D. At some point, I only ate fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and herbs. No meats or dairy.

Seven years later, I have been free of illness and external stressors. If I have a health issue today, I relate it to my food consumption and skin exposure. Also, I have eliminated most commercial hygiene products, like floride toothpaste, paraben hair oils and heavy-metal make-ups.

So, what healthy food recipe did I prepare for you?

Now, use another large bowl to mix the wet ingredients. To steam the butternut squash, I put two small Butternut squash into a pressure cooker for twenty minutes. Your squash should be soft but firm.

Peel off the outer skin of your squash and smash the soft flesh into the bowl. Crack open your farm fresh egg into the bowl. Pour in the liquified Coconut oil and Vanilla extract. You can use the fork to mix the wet ingredients. Do Not Add the Lemon juice yet!

Wet Ingredients in bowl.jpg

Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl, with the dry herbed ingredients. Fold and mix, by hand until you have a thick batter. About a minute. Don't use an electric mixer. Too much blending and you will get more of a cakey type brownie, rather than a gooey brownie texture. Unless you like your brownie cakey!

When you are ready to bake your treat, add the Lemon juice to the batter and fold in evenly, (about six to eight more folds). Immediately pour your batter into the pre-greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

If you are using the optional Almond Butter topping, put your SupHerb Brownie mix into the oven, and bake for 18 minutes.

While baking your brownie, liquifiy the Jaggery. (Jaggery, is the unrefined sugar evaporated from raw sugar cane juice.) In a small cup, add a few teaspoons of warm water to the Jaggery. Mix and smash with a fork until liquified. Put the almond butter, coconut oil, and cocoa powder in with the Jaggery. Mix using a spoon.

After 18 minutes, remove the brownie dish from the oven. Pour the Almond Butter topping on top of the hot brownie and spread evenly, or as you wish. Return the topped brownie to the oven for 8 more minutes, or until the moisture has melted in to the brownie.

Baking time without the optional Almond Butter topping is 22 - 25 minutes. With topping, remove from the oven at 18 minutes.

Use a toothpick to check batter.

Let cool 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
