SIX WEEK HEALTH CHALLENGE WEEK 3

I am Tren and i really appreciate @healthguard for sustaining this contest from week 1 till now and i also appreciate @sweetsssj for sponsoring the contest.

I am a musician and a violinist , i love music a lot and this has really helped me i in times of stress.
Whenever i feel down, stressed out or emotionally unstable, i usually grab my violin , go to a solitary area and strike the strings.
This will calm my spirit and return me to a normal state.
I have done this for years and it has really worked for me.
