I have really been inspired by this contest thanks @healthsquared and @sweetsssj,
I dont know if this works for everybody but to me when am stressed out, then i simply go on a walk. This is because, firstly i will leave the environment that the stress might probably had come from.
Then secondly it allows me to channel my energy into the walk instead of thinking about what might have caused the emotional stress.
Okay, for those who might be interested, working out is not really difficult, just gets your kits ready and hits the road. This might not work for everybody but you can give it a try.
