DLM were formed in 1988, and it has been a significant media popularity only after the victory at the last Youth Festival in 1990. in Subotica with the song "Lifetime condemned to love". Although they had already been declared one of the most promising domestic bands, they did not publish the material until 1992. The debut album "Good afternoon" made them recognizable by the addictive combination of fast guitar sound and a strong trumpets. The song "Good afternoon" became the momentary hit of all radio stations, followed by "Mara", "I love you flowers", slightly slower satire "Balada of Ćutan Ječmenica" and nowadays the current "Credit Card" with a piece of text in Slovenian language (Singer Aleksandar Siljanovic - Silja lived in Slovenia until the war).

The next album "Spring Day" was released in 1995 and brought only two true hits, the title track and the song "Vlade Divac" dedicated to his career in LA Lakers. The song "Horses of the rhythm" was a bit more concert tune, while the song "They killed Pablo" was not celebrated in the Spanish language in spite of the high-budget video that was shot for it. Nevertheless, DLM always gave a great impression on its concerts.

In 1998, co-operation with the writer and scriptwriter Dusan Kovacevic followed with the play "Virus", members of the band wrote music. From the album, which was named after the theater, the introductory number "Love" was singled out, for which the performance of the performance was used, as well as the final song "Deodorant". DLM's theater engagement continues with collaboration with Sinisa Kovacevic, whose play "Kraljević Marko" records music, and plays smaller roles in the show.

P.S.

DLM is announcing a new album only after seven years, that is, in 2005, when they released the album "... Where Does the Samsung Blossom Flow?". The album is relatively poor, and Silja leaves the band the same year. In his place, actor Ivan Jevtovic comes in, which in 2015 is replaced by the current singer Nenad Petrovic.
