I've always been a sucker for skateboarding. Ever since 11 the joy and excitement of visit a new street spot, skatepark, or gnarly ass ramp is enough to keep me happy for the day. Amazing to think that its just concrete and wood and you make a lot of cool friends in the process.
As I get older and travel around more, I'm come to realise that not all the skateparks and spots I've skated over the years have no archive on the web... it's just hearsay, and word-of-mouth! I want to share something I'm passionate about and have created a full single-page application which let's anyone add, search, filter and find skateparks around the world.

For the technically inclined: This is a VueJS build on the front-end with Firebase on the backend. It means that websockets are in use for blazing fast speed, and everything works in realtime!
This site has literally just been launched, but hundreds of parks will be added by me and my pals so bookmark and keep checking back!
