Hi Fellow Steemians
Got and early start today. First view up Yarrow loop was fantastic.
Temperature at the start was about -2. Snow was cold. Track was broken all the way to the junction with main.
We continued on Yarrows loop braking the trail as we went. We wanted to open the western and upper areas again.
Here is a clearing just below t's way
Just around the corner we come to the Junction of Yarrow's look and T's way. Left is Yarrows's loop right is T's way
Snow a bit shallower in the trees on T's Way.
Here is a shot on the junction of T's way and Clear cut road.
Here is a shot of T on the clear cut gave us the name for this road.
We when up Yet another way to To On Higher Ground and down To On Higher Ground back to Clear Cut Road. Turned left on Clear Cut Road till we Got to the lunch spot at Lower Ski out.
We fallowed Lower Ski Out to Gully.
Gully was great especially Yesterdays Lunch spot. Which now was in the sun.
From this point on the temp had risen to +2 and the snow got sticky were the track was in the sun. Life on the snow sucks when the snow sticks to your skies. One reason why I prefer -5 to -10 snow is dry never sticks to you or your skies.
All in All just another boring day in the North Okanagan. Guess we will just go back again tomorrow. Nothing like being bored and depressed.
