Day 11: Exfoliating your skin with fruits
This also detoxifies the skin.
You can either use champaign or grapefruit as they are awesome in exfoliation.
Grapefruit Recipe
For normal and dry skin
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp grape seed oil
For oily skin
1/2 grapefruit
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup cornmeal/ cornflour
Apply on the skin, scrub in upward movements for about 3 - 5 minutes, before rinsing off.
Make sure to do this at night and apply your moisturiser afterwards.
