Today i'm gonna share some easy everyday tips for especially dry skin, i've dry skin so I know how to treat my skin. Skin get dried especially in winters but my skin dry in both seasons. A skin becomes dehydrated due to dryness and completely loss glow from a body. So I share very useful tips to get rid of dry skin. Let's start.
1. Avoid From Hot Shower
Don't use too much hot water in every weather. Hot water strips the moisture from your body skin and dries it out further, so keep your shower short time in the morning and night time to hydrate your body.
2. Exfoliation / Dead Skin Block Moisture
Exfoliation your face skin and also the body is important. Most people just do the scrub on the face, but it's extremely important to exfoliate gently. Dry skin has needed to build up new skin cells and remove dead skin cells. Your skin gets dried mostly such as hands and legs.
DIY Exfoliating Scrub
You need two ingredients for exfoliating your face and also body skin:
- One tablespoon of honey
- One tablespoon of Browen Suger
Just mix these two ingredients together in a bowel and go for scrubbing.

Just take a mosturise on your hands and massage it gently, wait for a few minutes then absorbed into your skin..

- Coconut OIl
- Coca Butter
- Honey Milk
5. Butter & Oil / ACE Combination
Butter in moisturizing lotion helps to improve skin while oil making your skin smoothness and softness. Use it twice a day in the night time and in the morning.
6. Dehydration / Further drying
Drinking water is one of the faster ways to get rid of dehydration your body and chapped skin. So drink a lot of water enough per day.
7. Up your body on liquid levels
Add some fresh fruits, juices, salad, and veggies in your diet on the regular basis. It can be enough to improve liquid levels in your body and stay healthy all the time.
8. Moisturise your Lips regularly
Make sure you also moisturize your lips on the daily basis. Apply Lip Balm on the lips especially in the night time. Also moisturize your face regularly.
9. Avoid your face skin from matte products
Avoid using too much make products that have alcohol content. This one is also a big reason for getting your skin dryness and wrinkles. So use it sometime and aftercare it properly.
10. Stay active all the time
For, staying be active all the time during a day you need t do a small exercise that can make you active and boost blood circulation into your body. If you can't have time to do this so you can read 5 prayers in a day. During offering prayers, your body also works as an exercise.
