Of course the 2 Russian guys went to meet or to deliver something to Sergei Skripal, but what they did not know - or did they? Was that they were framed. Who sent them there? Are the Russian public (like sports and drugs laboratories) and secret services completely infested by moles on the payroll of Western "Intelligence" Agencies?
