Sky Avenue Lights

in skyavenue •  7 years ago

I was at Genting Highlands 2 days ago but this time I didn't go into the casino. Bo lui...

I walked around aimlessly looking for things to see. The shops at First World was pretty much non-existent since they're redoing it. So you're left with Sky Avenue for your shopping or gambling.

They do have a lot of new restaurants in Sky Avenue since my last visit though.

Anyways, back to the topic, they have a light symphony performance every 1 hour at Sky Avenue. I took some photos of it as shown below.

It is moving light balls that corresponds to the music.

Wow nice one, I do have some GP to use if I decide on Genting instead of Dream Cruise. Have not been to Genting for the past 6 - 7 years. I was told plenty has changed and seeing your photos, I am sure it is worth going there. I do not like the ride up by road or by cable car so if I do make the trip I want to stay at less 3 to 4 nights. I love KL because of its food. Will decide once I know my schedule.
Thanks for sharing @jackpot

There's nothing much to do for 3 - 4 nights tbh

Impressive lights! Very creative. It reminds me of the Gleaming Lights of the Souls by Yayoi Kusama I once saw. :) Have you seen that installation?

No i haven't seen that

Changi Airport had (maybe still has) a moving teardrop display similar to the light balls for years...no music accompanying, but was still mesmerising to watch... can imagine how much more magical it would be with music !

Hey you're back. I've seen the display at Changi Airport which was pretty awesome.

Simplicity makes everything beautiful....
Although it looks simple, but it's very beautiful
