it's a live website that scans travel agents & flight brokers & airlines themselves for prices on flights, but many of the travel agents/brokers have the same website style with a different name, so I assume they are one big company.
I don't understand what makes price fluctuations or why flights listed on sky scanner are often unavailable or a higher price on the website where you have to pay.
sky scanner is a good website, no doubt, but it is really slow and frustrating to use sometimes.
In the end I booked my second long haul return set of flights ever today :) looking forward to summer now
