Following the end of the physical and violent slave trade in 1863 when Lincoln's emancipation proclamation stopped the import of Negro slaves from Nigritia, the slave masters restrategized and re-engineered the slave trade. The slave raiding army was quickly redistributed to countries where the slave raiders were and the scramble for Africa conference OR Berlin Conference of 1884 was used to divide and distribute the West African colonies among the powers that be at that time. It was based on this re-distribution that the European powers continued to own the West Africans as slaves the British got what they now call Nigeria from a conquest of lower guinea and adding it to their existing slave raiding outpost called Nigeria. They then renamed the already existing Nigeria to Northern Nigeria and annexed the lower Guinea and called it Southern Nigeria. Subsequently, they now came with a narrative of how Northern Nigeria and Southern Nigeria were amalgamated and use that till date to sustain the slavery and subjugation of the Negro.
In this video, we leveraged on historical documents and facts to show that there was nothing like amalgamation but merely British and European orchestrated fraud to hide behind and perpetuate their evil of slavery and slave trade.
