Hello friends,

It's another week of creativity. Maya Angelou said, "You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have". That's exactly my story.

I made this necklace piece for a customer some months back and it was so beautiful and lovely, I think the crochet color pink gave it a spark and today, I made another one so I thought you should also learn incase you need it for yourself.

For this work, we'll be needing;

	Materials for the work

• Crochet hook
• Crochet thread
• A scissors
• Some beads (optional)

The Making

🧶 Make a slip knot by wrapping the yarn over your fingers to form an X shape. Then pull the yarn crossing over from underneath the other using a hook.

🧶 While making the slip knot, we are going to have a left over yarn about 5-6 inches because we'll be needing it at the end of the work.

🧶 Make two chains and next make a single crochet into the first chain by inserting the hook into the top loop and pull over to have two loops and we pull over the yarn again through the loops to make a single crochet.

🧶 Turn over the yarn and we're gonna notice a horizontal bar just under a V shape, then we are gonna insert our hook through that bar. Then yarn over using a single crochet and pool up through the loop and we have two chain, yarn over again using a single crochet and pull through to make one chain.

🧶 Next, we are going to turn our work again and this time, we'll notice two horizontal bars. Then we'll insert our hook through those bars which will give us three chain, and then we yarn over using a single crochet and make two chains. We yarn over again using a single crochet and make one chain.

🧶 We are going to turn our work again to notice another two horizontal bars. We'll insert our hook through those bars and we'll have three chains standing, we'll yarn over using a single crochet and then we have two chains. We'll yarn over again using a single crochet and we have one chain.

🧶 We are going to keep turing our work and keep noticing the two horizontal bars. We'll maintain this process till the end.

🧶 Keep checking on your necklace length. Make sure you check at interval to avoid having excess.

🧶 Once we reach our desired length, we are going to pull the yarn using the hook to have the same length as the yarn we left while starting our work.

🧶 When we have achieved the same length, we'll cut the yarn using a scissors and then pull out the non-working yarn.

🧶 Keep the both sides equal by placing the necklace on a smooth surface and adjusting the length to be equal.
