Simplest technique for sound sleep

Sound sleep is what we all strive for, didn't we? Constant exposure to devices may be 1 of the reason that we all agree to that adds to our sleep disorder.

Before getting to the simplest of all tips for a sound sleep, getting to know about the benefits will certainly help us follow this. Some of the benefits are:

  • It helps in concentrating better.
  • Keep us in good mood the next day
  • Studies have shown that it makes us look attractive
  • Also it improves sex life.

These are some but not all the benefits of having a sound sleep at night. But I think these are sufficient to get us going follow the simple tip mentioned below.

Tip: While laying on bed at night, just breathe in and out through your left nostril , blocking you right nostril with a finger. (Mouth should be closed and lay on your left shoulder)

Don't you agree this is simplest of all. Ayurveda have described this technique thousands of years ago to be followed by all and improving you sleep over time. Follow this technique continuosly for some days and observe the quality of your sleep.
