Sleep Paralysis

Have any of you guys ever wondered why sleep paralysis has to be so scary? One time may matandang nakaupo sa dibdib ko, the next month may sunog na taong nakatayo sa pintuan ko, then recently si Satan nakangiti sa akin. Jusq anu na?!!! Always horror movie ang genre.
Hindi ba pwedeng si crush naman ang makita ko like why can't we be somewhere outside where it's sunny in a flowerfield, running in slow motion while holding each other's hand?? Para kahit man lang sa panaginip diba. 🙄
