You know, I've tried so many different techniques for getting a healthy sleep to make my body more rested, ranging from "Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends" to "Relaxation Techniques" . All the techniques didn't give me the results I expected and almost nothing in my life has changed. I hope you at least know something useful?

I would like to say that thanks to a healthy sleep regime I not only look great, but also lead a very productive life, which helps me to build a career, in spite of my age of over 50. I'm very glad I realized in time how important sleep is in everyone's life because after improving my sleep regime, as well as its quality, I feel much better able to think during the day. I also got a lot more energy for the day and wasn't as tired after a hard day.
