Control of sleep a standard technique that you can use to enter the normal, physiological, natural sleep wherever and whenever, without the use of sedatives.

Then write a large 100 inside the circle and then will start to delete the number 100, being careful not to delete the circle. Once the number 100 is deleted, right above the circle re-type the word "deeper".
Every time you repeat the word "deeper" will enter into a deeper, healthier level of consciousness towards normal, natural, healthy sleep. You'll continue writing numbers in circles while pulling into normal healthy physiological sleep.
When you fall asleep using sleep control if someone calls you or in case of emergency or any emergency, will open your eyes, you will be fully awake, you'll feel great and better than before.
When you fall asleep with the aid of control sleep will wake up in the normal or desired time and you're fully awake, you'll feel great and completely healthy.
