Great post. I personally I’m a night person and I always find it had to go to bed at a decent time. I often force myself to bed around 1:30pm and wakes up as early as 7am due to work. This routine often affect my schedule at work as I am always exhausted. It’s definitely healthy to get adequate sleep. I’ve started working on my sleep schedule now to get better sleep. I heard inadequate sleep contributes to a high chance of Alzheimer’s disease later in life.
