I stopped taking vitamin C everyday and I diluted some apple cider vinegar with water in a glass (probably 1/10 concentration) and I drank half when I went to bed and half later if i was still awake. I am getting to sleep fast and sleeping deeply and never seem to need more sleep. The time since i started doing this has been almost 3 weeks, fingers crossed.
