Here are some ways to wake up early:
  • Find a compelling reason to get up early
  • Start slowly
  • Try sleeping earlier
  • Create a comfortable room atmosphere
  • Put the alarm away from the bed
  • Immediately get out of the bedroom
  • Avoid eating before bed.

As a result of sleeping too late and waking up too late can also make a person difficult to focus. Research on the problem of insomnia concludes that people who stay up late and wake up late generally have less than optimal sleep quality. If the quality of sleep decreases, the brain is not as sharp as usual.
