Darn Steemit Issues

I've been trying to post this since last night. I am also tired of fighting with Dtube to post my videos. It's just not worth the time and effort for me.

Thoughts on This Artwork

I am fighting my perfectionism. I'm letting it be what it is. I'm proud of myself for continuing my daily creating. Steemit has motivated me to be a creator. I am an artist. My goal is to make my art pay my bills. My goal is to only do the work I choose to do and be financially and emotionally secure.

I see what some artists are making here and it fuels me. I know that there are rewards beyond money. I know this because I'm an artist. Most of the work I've done has not been for pay. In fact, the work I was paid to create was the least enjoyable because I felt like I had something to prove. I felt like I had to make the work worth the money I was being paid.

Yes! This was painted on the iPad Pro with the Procreate app. Just about everything I do these days is digital. One thing I do prefer to do with pen and paper is my daily journaling. I tried using my iPad for that and it just isn't the same.
