Why is the last name of the Chinese in the front and the last name in the back

Because China is a country with strong patriarchal law and reverence for monarchs and ancestors, although some religions are also spread in China, their influence is far less than that of the former. Therefore, in order to commemorate the ancestors and express their reverence for them, the Chinese took their ancestors' surnames before them and their own names after them.
