August is the Start to prep for the onset of a very different school year,and that starts with being organized and setting a strong sense of routine for home and school.we first set the standard meals and snacks and wakeup/ bedtime routine.Then we set the focus for the day as well as reminders for our friends birthdays,a small workout and stuff to do for school and work .This is also time for me to become healthier in all aspects of life started the dreaded weigh in .
