Smart Cash is starting to gain a lot of attention now with their Smart Nodes release. I have blogged several times about it when the prices were under .06 cents. Now $1.35 and increasing weekly. I expect once Smart gets listed on Binance or Bittrex it will be $5+.
I have been very bullish on Smart Cash since the summer when it launched. Its kinda like a Dogecoin on a lot of steroids. From my experience of over 4 years in Crypto, Smart Cash is the ultimate Community Crypto Currency. I have never seen a coin quite like it.
It basically has or will have every feature a user could ask for. I will soon be posting a very detailed analysis on Smart Cash in the next few weeks soon as I find the time.

Smart Cash web wallets work very well already. No numbers, just user names, voting is working, privacy, monthly smart rewards for hodling, paid smart nodes....

I already have all my long term positions locked so I prob won't grab any (at least not right now) but it does sound interesting from what I have heard about it so far. Smart rewards and paid smart nodes are the main benefits for the investor (compounding interest). If you have other talents like Social Media they will pay you for that too. @hilarski . So Smart b/c this builds out the required infrastructure for a true community and utility Crypto, which fuels even more Investors to buy in later at higher prices (network effects).

On Craptopia nope. They are notorious for doing that, especially right before the 25th. You should be able to get them off soon though. Today is only the 12th. I still think its worth the pain to go through, since its probably just a matter of time before Binance or Bittrex adds Smart Cash.
