Hold at least 1000 smarts in wallet which you own the private keys any of smartcash wallets
All 1000 smarts should be in a single address (this means if you have 1500 smarts: 700 and 800 on two addresses within your wallet neither of them would qualify to earn smartcash)
All 1000 smarts should be in the address by snapshot date 25th of every month
There should be no withdrawal of smarts from the address with smarts by the 25th of the following month to quality for the payment of smartrewards

Please note it is possible to have over 1000 smarts in your wallet and not qualify for smartrewards. Each wallet has many addresses and it is possible you have smarts on many different addresses . Check that all your smarts are on one address and it total is 1000 in the least.
You can fix this buy creating a new receiving address and sending all the smarts that are in various addresses to just one address.

If you used different addresses for each purchase then that would be the reason for your not getting any rewards. Move all to one address.
