I believe that for smart rewards the max you can have is 5000 smart/wallet and receive rewards. With that being said I also believe that you can have multiple wallets holding 5000 so the answer is kinda yes and no. Personally though if you are holding 10,000 it would be well worth your time to set up a smartnode. It has a way better return.
