Prevention they say is better than cure!

In my country Nigeria we are face with so many health related problems combine with the very poor health sector one of the worst in the world. Different administration has come and go with different policy in other to tackle the health crises we are having but yet we haven't really get it right. With the emergence of these new administration, one of what they promise is to do things differently especially in the health sector.
The new administration has promise to tackle the problem before it even started.and the slogan they are using is "prevention is better than cure".
the government embark on immunizations of children and vulnerable people against some of the infectious disese that can be prevented before it even started.
When we say immunizations we mean the administration of vaccines into the human body in other to generate antibody that will destroy any such kind of organism when it is to infect the person.
These vaccines being used are actually proteins, and as we know from our basic biology proteins need to be stored in optimum temperature that will not lead to its denaturation.
Now that the government has decided to get it right are we going to interrupt the process by not being able to access a good vaccines? Remember these vaccines has to be transported over a very long distance to reach there destination of administration, how we ensure these vaccines are brought in good state and have not been destroyed either by being exposed to unwanted temperature during the long distance or being put in a container that don't have the qualities needed to transport such kind of good.
Now it has been know that in other for these vaccines to be transported safely they have to be transported in the cold chain system in which method and devices are use to maintain there temperature to avoid any destruction.
These temperature has to be monitored all the time and they have to be expert who monitor theses device to ensure there is no failure along the line.
Now imagen how much countries all over the world spend in acquiring these vaccines and it was estimated that about 40% of acquired vacines are destroyed through either lack of adequate temperature during transportation and so on.
